The deal:

My fee covers the planning and coordination — you pay each vendor directly, so there's almost never any money to settle up with me. The only exceptions are a handful of things that can't be split out for you to pay separately — like your ferry and tram booking, and pre-arrival groceries — which I pay up front and simply add to your total. And you're never left stranded: your trip document lists every booking and a direct contact for each, so anything day-of goes straight to the source.

Good to know

  • Risk-free. You pay your planning fee up front; I confirm within 24 hours and have everything booked within a few days. If I genuinely can't arrange or swap an item, I refund that item's fee.
  • Planning fee only. What you pay me covers my time arranging and coordinating. Every vendor is paid by you, directly.
  • Paid by card right here — a quick, secure Stripe checkout, no app required. It covers my planning and coordination; vendor costs are paid by you to each provider directly.
  • Two-week minimum in peak season (April–September). Inside that? Add Rush and I'll make it happen.
  • You get a complete trip document — every booking, time, confirmation, and a direct contact for each vendor. Day-of questions go straight to them.
  • Changes: three adjustments per trip are on me; $25 each after that. Adding a brand-new service is just that menu item at its price.
  • Cancellations: the planning fee is non-refundable. If your trip falls through, cancel everything yourself with the contacts in your document — or I'll unwind it all for $200.

Questions

The things people usually ask

Do I need club access?

Only for the two private clubs — the Shoals Club and the Bald Head Island Club. Their restaurants and pools are members-and-guests only. Plenty of great dining and all the beach is open to everyone. Tell me your rental's access status and I'll only book what you can actually use.

What if my rental already comes with a golf cart?

Then I won't book one — no double-paying. The form asks, so just let me know what you've already got and I'll plan around it.

How and when do you book everything?

You pay your planning fee right on the site, and I take it from there — I confirm within 24 hours and have everything booked within a few days, then send one document with every booking, time, and a direct contact for each vendor.

What if something isn't available?

I swap it for the best alternative. If I genuinely can't arrange or swap it, I refund that item's fee — so you only end up paying for what actually happens.
